<div itemprop="description">It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Aida Noureddine Sonac on Friday, July 21st, 2023 in the comfort of her bed at home in Saint-Lazare, at the age of 90 years, surrounded by her loved ones. Beloved mother of son Ali (Allan) and his wife Janine and cherished grandmother of Jennifer and her husband Nick. Aïda lived a long life as a mother, wife, and as a distinguished teacher and chair of the French department at Dawson College. She was blessed to spend her retirement in beautiful British Columbia hiking trails and enjoying nature, she returned to Québec to have her family care for her until her final days. <br>She is now able to spend eternity with her husband Bülent, brother, parents, and all loved ones who have passed on before her. <br>May she rest in eternal peace.
