It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alexander Brings, who peacefully left us on April 15th, 2024.
Pre-deceased by his father Guenther, he leaves behind his beloved mother Rosa, cherished wife Louise Lamarche-Brings, treasured father of son Emerson, daughter-in-law Sophie, granddaughter Beatrice and daughter Melissa, (their mother Julie), Alex’s siblings Barbara, Michael (Dawn) and Claudia along with his nephews and nieces.
Alex will be sadly missed by his mother-in-law Iris, his step-daughters Chantal (Coco) and Jennifer (Ben), He will also be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Clover, Sam, Dania, Maika and sister-in-laws, Jacqueline (Peter), Claudette (Danny), Carrol (Frank), many relatives, friends and best buddy Al Boyle in particular. Not to forget his loving feline companion Charlie the Cat.
Alex’s time here was too short, but he had a lasting impact on all who met him. He had a curiosity for learning and was incredibly passionate about so many different things. He was such a special and interesting person. The void created by his death in the lives of his loved ones is immeasurable. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and so many cherished memories with both family and friends.
