Anthony Boyce
September 17, 1965 - May 14, 2019
Passed away in his sleep at home on May 12, 2019. Anthony was the youngest son of Yvonne Boyce (nee Greaves) and the late Claude Dennis Boyce. He is survived by his sister Denise, brother Brian, niece and nephew Alero and Ebitimi Amaebi-Okoro and countless uncles, aunts and cousins.
Anthony was born in Montreal and grew up in Chomedey. He attended Laval Catholic High School (“LCHS”) and McGill University graduating with a Bachelor’s of Education degree. After graduation, he taught at various schools in the greater Montreal and in 1992 he returned to LCHS as a physical education teacher. For the past 27 years he has touched many lives at LCHS, Laval Senior Academy (“LSA”) and beyond. He is missed dearly by his family and friends.
A celebration of his life reception will be held at Laval Junior Academy (formerly LCHS), 2323 Boul. Daniel-Johnson, Laval, QC, H7T 1H8 on Sunday, May 26, 2019 from 1PM to 4PM. A private service for family will be held on Monday, May 27, 2019. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Anthony’s memory to the LSA athletics department.
