<div itemprop="description">Peacefully and surrounded by his loved ones, with profound sadness and a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our beloved Artur Pereira, on May 30, 2023 at the age of 82, husband of the late Maria Venilde Costa Carvalho. <br> <br>Artur will be lovingly remembered and missed by his children: Cidalia (Frank) and Michael (Susana), his loving grandchildren Megan and Hayley. <br> <br>He joins in eternal rest his brother Fernando (Ludvina) and is survived by his brothers and sisters: Herminia (Antero), Zilda (Manuel), Idalina (José), Gilberto (Ilda), José Manuel (Madalena) and many loving nieces and nephews, extended family and special friends. <br> <br>The family will receive condolences at Rideau Funeral home, 4275 des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 2 pm to 5 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at Mary Queen of Peace Church, 11075 Boul Gouin O, Pierrefonds-Roxboro, QC H8Y 1X6 on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 11 am. <br> <br>A reception will follow the service at the Rideau Funeral home. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers, a donation made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. <br></div>
