<div itemprop="description">It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Carol Bursey, who departed this life peacefully on June 9, 2025, at the age of 75. Beloved wife of Richard Finlay, Carol was a devoted mother to her two sons, Mike (Caroline) and Steve (Annie), and a cherished grandmother to Karina, Devon, Dallas, and Oakland. She leaves behind her dear siblings Joan, Rosalind, and Gary, and is predeceased by her siblings Dorris and Allen. Carol will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and numerous friends whose lives she touched with her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit.The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at The Neuro (Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital) for their care and compassion during Carol’s final days.In accordance with her wishes, a small private gathering will be held at a later date to celebrate her life.She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.</div>
