It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Cheryl Jacobs, who left us on January 4, 2026, at the age of 84, beloved wife of Mr. Donald Ross Cheeseman. She has now gone to join her dear brother Ross.
She was a loving, generous, and joyful woman who embraced life with a warm smile. Her kindness touched everyone around her, and she will be remembered for her gentle spirit and the affection she so freely shared.
Besides her beloved husband, she is survived by her two children Karen Mary (Gary) and Ian Michael , her grandchildren, her niece Lynda Grace (Carl), her brother‑in‑law James, as well as many other relatives and friends who will forever hold her close in their hearts.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the hospital and rehabilitation centre teams as well as to the personnel of Château Dollard, for their compassionate care.
