Née le 9 octobre 1935 à Sudbury, en Ontario, elle était une épouse, une maman, une sœur, une mamie, une arrière-grand-mamie, une enseignante, une musicienne, une artiste, une jardinière passionnée, une amie et une maman d'animaux. <br> <br>Elle est allée rejoindre son époux, Roland Isidore Normandeau, son fils Pierre Marc Normandeau (Cindy), son frère Roger Talbot (Lorraine) et ses parents, Laurette Jodouin et Gérard Talbot. <br> <br>Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants, Nicole Wood (Michael), Lynne Normandeau (Frank) et Michel Normandeau (Jennifer); ses frères Maurice Talbot (Josée) et Gilles Talbot (Marisa); ses petits-enfants, Mathieu Wood (Blanka), Julie Anderson (Luke), Alex Normandeau (Lauren), Philippe Wood, Michelle Normandeau, Marc Normandeau (Samantha), Emily Organ, Ryan Normandeau (Sara) et Daniel Normandeau (Arielle); ses arrière-petits-enfants, Anastasija, Florence, Daisy, Natalija et Lucia, et plusieurs amis. <br> <br>Elle restera gravée dans nos mémoires pour les fêtes de Noël et les repas qu'elle organisait, entourée de sa famille et de ses amis. Son talent musical nous attirait vers son piano et elle jouait pour nous faire plaisir. Sa bonne humeur et sa gentillesse ont marqué la vie de tous. Sa joie, ses rires et son amour pour les autres resteront dans nos souvenirs. <br> <br>Les visites auront lieu de 9 h à 11 h, le samedi 28 juin, à la Maison funéraire Rideau, 4275, boulevard des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux (Québec) H9B 2A6. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Claire Hélène (Talbot) Normandeau who peacefully left us on Saturday May 17, 2025. She was born on October 9,1935, in Sudbury Ontario. She was a beloved spouse, a parent, a sibling, a grandmother, a great-grandmother, a teacher, a musician, an artist, an avid gardener, a friend and a pet mom. <br> <br>She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Isidore Normandeau, her son Pierre Marc Normandeau (Cindy), her brother Roger Talbot (Lorraine) and her parents Laurette Jodouin and Gerard Talbot. <br> <br>She will be dearly missed by her loving children Nicole Wood (Michael), Lynne Normandeau (Frank) and Michel Normandeau (Jennifer); her siblings Maurice Talbot (Josée), Gilles Talbot (Marisa); her grandchildren Mathieu Wood (Blanka), Julie Anderson (Luke), Alex Normandeau (Lauren), Philippe Wood, Michelle Normandeau, Marc Normandeau (Samantha), Emily Organ, Ryan Normandeau (Sara) and Daniel Normandeau (Arielle); her great-grandchildren Anastasija, Florence, Daisy, Natalija and Lucia as well as several friends and fellow residents at Le Felix. <br> <br>She will forever be remembered for the Christmases and meals that she hosted, surrounded by family and friends. Her musical talents drew us to her piano as she played for our enjoyment. She was good natured and we will fondly remember her for the joy, optimism and laughter that she brought to our lives. <br> <br>Visitation will be on Saturday June 28 from 9am-11am, at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Boulevard, Dollard-des-Ormeaux (Quebec) H9B 2A6. <br> <br> <br> <br></div>
