<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we annouce the passing of David Hughes on February 25th, 2024 in Montréal at the age of 79. <br> <br>He will be deeply missed by his brother Glyn Hughes, his nieces Amy and Kristi, his nephew Steven Upton (Angelique), Amanda and Brittany, his nephew Brent Mawhinney (Christine), Jennifer and David, and his friends. <br> <br>David grew up in Montréal, he was a city bus driver for 30 years and a member of the free masons. We will miss his kindness and his sense of humor. <br> <br>We would like to thank the nurses, doctors and staff at the Gracia Palliative Center for taking such compassionate care of David during his short stay. <br> <br>As per David's wishes, a private interment will be held at a later date.</div>
