Denise Marchant Jones
March 26, 1930 - April 23, 2022
It is with great sadness we announce that Denise Marchant Jones passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on the evening of April 23, 2022.
Daughter of the late Lilian and Frederick Marchant
Beloved wife of the late Roy Burton Jones
Dear sister to Eddy, Arthur, Alfie, Fred, Joyce and Fleurette
Cherished mother to Alan (Patricia), Kathyrn (Joe), Donna (Harold) and Linda
Devoted Nanny to Corey, Cynthia, Shannon, Valerie, Dustin, Victoria, Katelyn and Michelle
Proud Great-Nanny to Angel, Ella-Blue, Charlotte, Tyler, Cassius, Mackenzie, Raine, Mia, Coraline, Sofia and Marco
How do you say good-bye to "Your Mom", "Your Hero", "Your Angel" ? You hold on to all those precious memories we have in our hearts forever.
Mom was loved by all, she had such a kind heart and a caring soul, always wanting to help others. Anyone who knew our mom will say her beautiful smile lit up a room. Mom loved to socialize, have fun and was the first one to start singing or dancing.
One of Mom's many talents was her expertise in knitting, there was nothing that she could not master. She knitted all her grandchildren beautiful blankets that they can treasure and keep forever.
Heartfelt thanks go to the wonderful caregivers on the 7th floor of the St. Mary's Hospital.
A private ceremony will be held at a later date by family.
