Donald Medbury Bridgeman passed away peacefully on January 7, 2024. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 67 years, Marilyn, his son Jeffrey (Lucille), daughter Anne (Jonpaul), cherished grandchildren, Stefanie (Eric), Lacy (Justin), Casey, Cade (Jessica), and Shad, and great-grandchildren, Noah, Ryder, Sawyer, Liam, Sienna, Benny, Lilly, Ruby, Wyatt, Arthur, Silas, and Corbin. He also leaves behind brother-in-law Brian Sparks (Myra), nieces, nephews, and many friends.
He was predeceased by parents Reginald and Eva Bridgeman (Vale), and siblings Robert and Shirley.
He was born and raised in Turtleford, SK. His banking career with the CIBC spanned 42 years. He finally settled in Montreal in 1958, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Sir George Williams University. During his lengthy retirement he enjoyed travelling, gardening, volunteering, golfing, and visiting with family in California and Florida.
As per his request, no formal service will be held.
