<div itemprop="description">On April1, 2026, at the age of 83, Edward Villaroel passed away peacefully. He has now gone to be reunited with his beloved wife. He leaves to mourn his loving children Rosalind, Gregory, Dereck, Michelle, Shawn and their families, as well as his brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. <br> <br>A devoted family man with a gentle and simple nature, he deeply cherished time spent with his loved ones. Whether fishing, watching sports, managing his children’s basketball team, or simply enjoying heartfelt conversations, he found great joy in being surrounded by family. <br> <br>The family will receive condolences on Friday, April 17, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Rideau Funeral Home (4275 Sources Boulevard Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec H9B 2A6At 1:30 p.m., a ceremony will be held, followed by the interment at Rideau Memorial Gardens (4239 Sources Boulevard, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec H9B 2A6) at 2:30 p.m. <br></div>
