Elizabeth “Lee” Maureen Fraser (née van Beekum) passed away peacefully on March 27, 2025, at Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence, at the age of 71.
Born on August 19, 1953, in Dorval, Quebec, Elizabeth was a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Fraser, and is survived by her two sons, James (Megan) and Donald (Shannon), as well as her three adored grandchildren who affectionately knew her as Oma (Owen, Nathan, and Benjamin).
Elizabeth’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be missed greatly. She was a loyal sister, cousin, and friend to many, known for her dedication to staying connected with those she loved. She found joy in spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and her presence brought comfort to those around her.
The family would like to thank Nova Home Care for their dedication to Elizabeth’s care and the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence for their compassion and ensuring Elizabeth’s final hours were comfortable and peaceful.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Kidney Cancer Canada or Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence in her memory would be most appreciated.
Her love and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
