<div itemprop="description">It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Enrique Jose Merlo, on June 6th 2024. <br> <br>Born on November 2nd 1941, Enrique was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, sibling, uncle, and friend. <br>Enrique will be greatly missed by his wife Magaly; his loving daughters Carolina Elena, Ana Mercedes (Patrick) and Maria Eugenia; his grandchildren, Layla Teresa and Logan William; his siblings Eddie, Haydee, Iraida, Luis, and Francisco, and a multitude of relatives and friends. <br> <br>Enrique was known for his generosity, kindness and his passion for his work as a tax consultant. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, teaching, reading, listening to music and watching the change of seasons. <br> <br>The celebration of his life will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, located at 4275 Sources Boulevard, Dollard-des-Ormeaux (Quebec) H9B 2A6, on Friday June 21st, 2024, from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. The funeral service will follow on Tuesday June 25th at 1:00pm, and he will be laid to rest at the Rideau Memorial Garden, located at 4239 Sources Boulevard, Dollard-des-Ormeaux (Quebec) H9B 2A6. <br> <br>Jardins Commémoratifs et Salon Funéraire Rideau will webcast the funeral ceremony of Enrique Merlo on Friday, June 21, 2024 from 7:30 PM EDT to 8:30 PM EDT .
