Giovannina Cinquino
December 27, 1935 - September 12, 2023
With great sadness we announce the passing of Giovannina (Nina) Cinquino in Montreal on September 12, 2023, at the age of 87.
Devoted wife of the late Antonio Pasquale. Loving mother of Matteo, Josy and Fernando. Cherished mother-in-law of Irene and Franco. Beloved and proud Nonna of Anthony, Celina, Alessandro and Avia.
Nina's kindness and generosity were not confined to her family; she radiated these qualities to everyone she met. Her presence was a source of comfort and solace, and her smile could brighten the darkest of days. In our hearts, Nina's memory will forever shine, and her love will be a guiding light as we navigate life without her physical presence.
A visitation will be held at 10 am Thursday, September 21, 2023, at St. Jean Bosco Catholic Church to offer our final goodbyes, followed by a Mass at 11 am and the entombment at the Rideau Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, and as a reflection of her lifelong spirit of giving, donations in Giovannina's memory may be made to the CHUM hospital.
