<div itemprop="description">Born in London, England 1937, Heather passed away peacefully on May 13, the much loved wife of Lloyd Allen. <br> <br>Heather attended Trafalgar school and Kings Hall Compton, graduating from McGill University with a M.Ed in counselling psychology. She worked for many years in several Montreal area high schools as a guidance counsellor specializing in personal counselling. She and Lloyd enjoyed gardening together, attending Briarwood Presbyterian Church in Beaconsfield for over 40 years, and yearly trips to their house in beloved Kennebunk. Her love of people and reading ensured that she was never bored. <br> <br>Heather was a much loved mother to her son Geoffrey Webb (Liza) and her daughter Andrea Weld (Donald). A proud hands on gran to Oliver, Charlotte, Morgan, Catherine, Lucille, James and great gran to Eve, Gwen and Owen. She is also survived by her sister Jennifer McIntosh (Gordon). Heather's family and many friends will miss her very much. "Some people empty your bucket Heather filled it'. <br> <br>As per Heather's wishes a family service will be held. <br> <br>The family wishes to thank Dr. Li in Oncology and the Nurses at the Day Centre at the L.G.H.</div>
