<div itemprop="description">It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Hilda Bel Gaumer, who passed away on September 2nd, 2025. <br> <br>Hilda Bel Gaumer was born in Istanbul Turkey on September 29th 1963 to her parents Armenuhi Artokun and Agop Bel. She moved to Canada in her late teens after her sister, and went to school in Montreal, Canada. Over the years, she worked as an accountant, controller and had HR positions in several large corporations. Some of her greatest achievements were receiving acolades and prizes for her poetry and writing as well as taking part in an Armenian Fokloric dancing group. She loved to try new things and never let uncertainty hold her back. <br> <br>She is survived by her husband Harry Gaumer, her sister Hera Bel, her brother in law Anthony Czaharyn, her daughter Angelica Gaumer, Angelica's partner Clifford Tworkowski and her son Alden Gaumer and Alden's partner Sage Sauruk. She will be missed dearly, please come commemorate her legacy at Rideau funeral home, 4275 sources blvd, Dollard-des-Ormeaux on Sunday September 14th, 2025. Her family will receive condolences from 2 pm followed by a funeral service at 4 pm. Guests will also be invited to share over light refreshments from 5 to 7 pm. <br> <br></div>
