<div itemprop="description">It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Ioanna (Kokolakis) Papadakis, who peacefully left us on July 16, 2025. Born October 29, 1930 in Neapoli, Greece, she married Zacharias Papadakis May 1st 1951, and together with their five young children, moved to Canada July 10, 1966. <br> <br>Known for her love of singing, story telling and her undying love for her family, Yiayia will be missed by daughters Hariklia, Maria (Eftichios), Elefteria, Silvie (Gerry) and Helen (Alain), by her grandchildren John, Leandros, Ioanna, Stephanie, Evangelia, Christina, Christina, Olivia, Alex and Jasmin; most of all she will be missed by her great grandchildren Mia, Lucas, Nicholas, Aleksander, Cecilia and Tessa. <br> <br> <br>Funeral services to be held at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church (20 Brunswick; DDO, QC) on Wednesday July 23 at 11:00am. <br></div>
