<div itemprop="description">It is with regret that we announce the passing of our Mother- Irene (Jackson) Wallwork on January 7, 2026. She was the loving wife and best friend of our Dad ( the late Frank Wallwork (1999) after 48 years of a happy marriage. <br> <br>Predeceased by her parents - Isabella McKellar and Oliver Jackson, her three sisters - Jane (Jean) Cully, Edna Coke, and Florence Smyth, and their husbands. <br> <br>Mom is survived by her four children -David (Gina Hagan) of Florida, Heather (John Richardson) of California, Carol (Dean Arfin ) of Oakville Ontario, and Sherry (Eduardo Anton) of Montreal, Québec. She is survived by her twelve grandchildren - Michael (Hannah),Jordan (Deanna), and Molly Richardson, Gillian (Alan), Nathan (Shannon), Joel and Jack Arfin, Noelle and Madison Wallwork, Megan, Sarah, and Matthew Anton, plus 6 great grandchildren - Fia and Skylar Dunne, Watson and Cohen Arfin, and Parker and Tanner Richardson, all of whom gave her much happiness over the years. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mom will be remembered for the deep love she had for her family. A family get together was an occasion she enjoyed. Mom gave the best of herself and always provided love and support to her husband and children. Mom has many memories, especially the many summers spent at their cottage (“The Bay”) with her children when they were small and growing up. <br> <br>Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In Lieu of flowers donations to the Lakeshore Palliative Care would be appreciated. Mom is now at peace and leaves us with her love and the strength to carry on. “Together Again”</div>
