It's with great sadness that we announce the passing on January 12, 2026 of Mrs. Jacqueline Franco at the age of 90 years.

We celebrate her life and reflect on the love, strength, and legacy she leaves behind. Her story began as the daughter of Joseph Franco and Florida Courtois.

As life unfolded, she met the love of her life—our father. Together, they built a partnership rooted in devotion, hard work, and unwavering commitment. Their marriage wasn’t just a union of two people; it was the beginning of a legacy that continues to grow and will carry on for generations.

She raised three children, and through them her family blossomed. Those three children gave her seven grandchildren, and those seven grandchildren have already welcomed seven great grandchildren into the world. The family tree she and Dad planted will continue to grow long after today—stretching forward into the future, carrying her spirit, her values, and her love with it.

Family was the center of her world. Nothing brought her more joy than being surrounded by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her face would light up the moment they walked into the room. She had a way of making each of us feel special and loved. She would do anything for us. She was always there—steady, dependable, and full of warmth.

She was a strong and determined woman who worked hard all her life. She faced challenges with courage and met every responsibility with grace. She didn’t just talk about strength—she lived it. She didn’t just value family—she poured her heart into it. And she didn’t just love us—she showed us, every day, in a thousand quiet ways.

Her legacy isn’t measured only in years, but in the lives she touched. It lives in the laughter of her great grandchildren and great grandchildren. It lives in the stories we will tell about her. It lives in the traditions she passed down, the lessons she taught, and the love she gave so freely.

We honor her not with sadness alone, but with gratitude. Gratitude for the life she lived. Gratitude for the sacrifices she made. Gratitude for the love she gave so generously. And gratitude for the family she built—a family that will carry her memory forward with pride.

Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit remains woven into the fabric of who we are. We will continue to feel her presence in our lives—in our celebrations, in our challenges, and in the quiet moments when we remember her smile, her strength, and her love.

Thank you, Mom, for everything you gave us. Thank you for the foundation you built. Thank you for the legacy that will continue to grow for generations to come.

You will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed.
