It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Miller, who peacefully left us on September 26th, 2024. Born on August 21st, 1941, he was a beloved spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, and friend.

James will be dearly missed by his loving children Kirk, Joanne, and Natalie, and their spouses Melissa (Kirk), and Mark (Natalie), and his cherished grandchildren Evelyn and Madeline (Kirk & Melissa), Kailey (Joanne), and Abigail (Natalie & Mark), his siblings Brian, Nancy, Heather, and Dave, and a multitude of relatives and friends.

Dad's lifelong passion for motorcycles was a symbol of his love for freedom, adventure, and connecting with people. It’s no surprise that he was well liked by many.

What started as a hobby, introduced to him by his father in the 1940s, grew into a successful racing career and business. He started Dynamic Cycle & Sports in the late 1960s and ran it for 33 years. Over the decades, it came to be known simply and affectionately as Dynamic.

We feel extraordinary gratitude for the skills and lessons he imparted to us that helped shape us and continue to positively impact our lives to this day.

Whether he was planning a future ride or sharing stories of past rides, his enthusiasm was infectious and inspiring. His happy places included operating anything with a hand or foot throttle, preferably on a racetrack, playing hockey, sailing, photography and talking to people around the world via ham radio.

We will miss him immensely, but take comfort in knowing that his spirit, his stories, and his passions will live on in his family and friends.

Keep the rubber side down Dad.

The funeral service will take place in the Spring of 2025, date to be determined. Details and information to follow.
