<div itemprop="description">It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeff Tierney. <br> <br>A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who left us on October 2, 2023. Born on November 21, 1957, Jeff was a remarkable man cherished by many. <br> <br>He leaves behind a loving wife, Laurie Scott, his three devoted daughters, Lianne (Jeff Porter), Mandy, and Haley and his cherished dogs, Casey and Cooper. His legacy will continue in his "grandpunks", Abbie, AJ, and Dylan, who will forever carry fond memories of their beloved Bupsy. Jeff was predeceased by his mother, Ida Kirkwood, and his father, Edward Tierney. <br> <br>Jeff's spirit of generosity and kindness to all will remain a significant part of his legacy, serving as an inspiration for those who had the pleasure of knowing him. In the face of grief, we find comfort in remembering his selfless nature and unwavering love for his family. It is through these qualities that his memory lives on. <br> <br>A funeral service to celebrate Jeff's life will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 1:00pm, followed by a reception at 2:30pm, at the Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd, Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Quebec H9B 2A6. The family is grateful for all thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada in Jeff’s name. <br> <br>Jeff will be greatly missed, but his legacy of love, kindness, and generosity remains with us. We express our deepest condolences to all who were touched by Jeff's life.</div>
