<div itemprop="description">Celebrating the Life of Jimmy Won <br> <br>It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jimmy Won on November 14, 2025, at the age of 68, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on June 9, 1957, Jimmy lived a life full of love, kindness, and generosity. <br> <br>He was a devoted husband to Shun Chun Lee and a proud stepfather, grandfather, and family man. Jimmy’s greatest joy was spending time with his loved ones, his family was always at the center of his world. <br> <br>Known for his gentle nature and quick wit, Jimmy had a heart that was always open to others. He was the person you could count on to lend a hand, fix something, or simply share a smile. His generosity and willingness to help will never be forgotten. <br> <br>Jimmy was also a passionate fan of the Montreal Canadiens, and his spirited cheer of “Go Habs Go!” will echo in the hearts of those who knew him. <br> <br>He will be deeply missed by Kanin/Laura, Man-Yee/Peter, Terri/Eric, Tyler, Ryan, Jaden, Curtis, Kyle, Kalan, Sydney, Karson, Mei Ling, Kevin, Jason and all who were fortunate enough to share in his life. <br> <br>Jimmy’s memory will live on in the laughter, love, and kindness he gave so freely. <br> <br>We would like to express our deepest thanks and gratitude to the Oncology and Palliative team of the Sacre Coeur Hospital and the Centre d’hebergement Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci, for the devoted care and compassion they have shown him and their tireless support throughout this difficult journey. <br> <br>To honor Jimmy’s memory, a visitation will be held Thursday, November 27, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rideau Funeral Home & Cemetery at 4275 Sources Blvd, Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 2A6. He will be transported to his final resting place at Mount-Royal Cemetery at 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont QC H2V 2P9. <br> <br>Please join us for lunch at Restaurant Foo Lam, 9394 l’Acadie Boulevard, Montreal QC H4N 3H1. <br> <br></div>
