In Loving Memory of Joanna Ciaston
1936-2025
With hearts full of love and sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved mother Joanna Ciaston at the age of 89. Her gentle spirit, kindness and unwavering love have left a profound mark on all who knew her.
Born in Poland to parents Zofia and Boleslaw Bartosinscy, predeceased by her husband Adam Ciaston. Our Mom dedicated her life to caring for her family and was a pillar of strength to all who knew her, known for her moral values, warmth, patience, generosity and love.
Her career as a teacher was a source of pride as she touched the lives of many students.
Extraordinary mother, grandmother and great grandmother .
She is survived by her daughters Ewa, Malgosia, Iwona with spouses, six grandchildren (Philip, Agata, Kacper, Conrad, Mateusz i Julia) and great grandchildren (Kalia, Luka, Tristan, Milan, Hugo and Ophelia).
She will be deeply missed, fondly remembered and forever cherisshed.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St,John-Paul II church located at 34 34e Avenue, Montreal, QC H8T 1Z2 on August 30th 2025 at 11:30, followed by the burial at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, 701 Donegani Avenue, Pointe-Claire H9R 5G6.
