<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joanne Thompson, who left us peacefully on November 29, 2025. Beloved mother, wife, and friend, Joanne will be deeply missed by all who knew her.<br><br>Joanne is survived by her loving sons, Alex (Mark) and Ryan, who will forever cherish her love, strength, and kindness. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Moez, whose memory she carried close to her heart, throughout her life.<br><br>Joanne was also predeceased by her brother, Mike (Maureen), whom she held close in her memories. She leaves behind her brother Danny (Heather), as well as her nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.<br><br>Joanne’s legacy of strength, compassion, generosity, and unwavering love will live on in all whose lives she touched.<br><br>For those who wish to honour Joanne’s memory, flowers or a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.</div>
