<div itemprop="description">HUGHES, John F. &quot;Jack&quot; <br /> <br />1927-2014 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jack on Sunday, June 15 2014. Predeceased by his parents John and Elizabeth, his brother Ken, his son Randy and his brother-in-law Gordon. He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Francesca Figliuzzi, his children Corinne (Bob Dahlgren), Kenneth, Glenn (Lorraine), Christopher Calabrese (Sylvie) and Anthony Calabrese, his grandchildren Geoffrey (Nadia), Courtney, Sean (Jamie), Matthew, Jasmine, Peter, Aaron, Warren (Kelli) and Christopher (Tania) and his great-grandson Jacob. He also leaves behind his sister Geraldine Pearson, his former spouse Mary Kelly, as well as his niece, nephew, his little brother David Chase, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins and many friends. Jack was very proud of his involvement in the founding of the Roxboro Hockey Association and his volunteer work with the Big Brother Association, the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation and Meals on Wheels. He was also an active member of The Gideons International (Montreal Chapter) and the Royal Montreal Golf Club. Visitation will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 boul. des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Qc, 514-685-3344 on Tuesday, June 17 from 7 - 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 18 from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, June 19 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gideons International Association or the Jewish General Hospital Foundation.</div>
