It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Joy Kadowaki on October 27, 2024 at the age of 88.
Predeceased by her husband Dr. Robert Kadowaki, she will be fondly remembered by her children Peter (Célyne), Linda (Ian), Allan, and grandchildren, Kats, Tad and Noah.
She also leaves behind her brother, Dennis (Linda). She will be greatly missed by many relatives and friends.
Family will receive condolences at the Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources blvd., Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 2A6, 514-685-3344, on Saturday November 23, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. followed by a celebration of her life.
We would like to especially recognize and thank the entire 3rd Floor staff at Sunrise DDO, who provided her with most compassionate care during her 9+ years at the residence.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada in her name will be appreciated.
