<div itemprop="description">It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Joy Kadowaki on October 27, 2024 at the age of 88. <br><br>Predeceased by her husband Dr. Robert Kadowaki, she will be fondly remembered by her children Peter (Célyne), Linda (Ian), Allan, and grandchildren, Kats, Tad and Noah. <br><br>She also leaves behind her brother, Dennis (Linda). She will be greatly missed by many relatives and friends. <br><br>Family will receive condolences at the Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources blvd., Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 2A6, 514-685-3344, on Saturday November 23, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. followed by a celebration of her life. <br><br>We would like to especially recognize and thank the entire 3rd Floor staff at Sunrise DDO, who provided her with most compassionate care during her 9+ years at the residence.<br><br>In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada in her name will be appreciated.<br></div>
