<div itemprop="description">Joyce (Clarke) Leonard, the matriarch of our family passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 16th at the Lakeshore General Hospital. <br> <br>Joyce was a twin sister to Joan (Clarke) Downey, and one of nine children to Anne and John Clarke. She was born in Griffintown and raised in Pointe St. Charles, she married Kenneth Leonard and raised three sons Robert, Steve and Gregory in Chomedey, Laval. <br> <br>She leaves behind her sons and daughters in law Giovanna, Cheryl and Katie, as well as her six grandchildren Kelsey, Grace, Jadelyn, Brendan, Lindsay and Shane. She led a wonderful journey of life with Joan, Ken, her sons, grandchildren and her extended family and friends. She will be missed but never forgotten. <br> <br>The family would like to thank the Lakeshore General medical team and staff for their kind and compassionate care of our mother. <br> <br>Visitation at the Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Boulevard des Sources, DDO, Friday Feb. 28th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at St. John Fisher Parish 120 Av. Summerhill, Pointe-Claire on Saturday March 1st at 11:00 a.m.</div>
