<div itemprop="description">The New Year brought us some sad news... <br />Khawaja Mohammed Waheed passed away January 3rd at Sacr&eacute;-Coeur Hospital, Montreal. He was going to be 92 March 22nd so he lived a nice long life with a lovely wife by his side for 61 years. <br />Now they are reunited in Heaven. His wife Rigmor Elisabeth Hveding Waheed left us in 2012. May their souls rest in peace as their good memories live on forever in our hearts. <br />Waheed had trouble breathing so he was in and out of the hospital many times during the last year. He had water around his lungs. His medication was always readjusted to treat this problem but he also had 2 blocked valves to his heart which could not be operated on because his heart was not strong enough. <br />The doctors gave him a couple of hours to live but he lasted 5 days. They made sure he was comfortable with small shots of morphine so he did not suffer at the end. <br />The funeral is today, January 5th. He will be buried in the traditional muslim way beside his dear wife. They will be both missed a lot. <br />They leave behind their 2 sons: Khalid (wife, Diane *Sofi * Bourgoing) and Tariq, their 5 grand-children: Shaheen (Sophia Polites), Jesse (Julie Waheed), Thalie, Philip, Corinne (Hugues Chapdeleine) and No&euml;l (Janine Versemann) as well a 1 great-grandson Lennox Don Waheed. <br /> <br />Link on YouTube of the video created by Philip Waheed for his Babaji: <br />https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ENxvD1vC7h8 <br /> <br />The music had to be erased from the video on YouTube due to author right of privacy so you can listen to the music as you watch the video for better effect: <br />Lost by Coldplay... <br />https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wngW6wGqp- <br /></div>
