Born on September 08,1958, she was a beloved partner, mother, grandparent, great grandparent, sister, sister-in-law. aunt, cousin and friend. <br> <br>Lavern will be dearly missed by her loving children Vance, Dwayne and Justin and their partners, her cherished grandchildren, Reece, Jaylah, Alyssa, Bella, Taurus and her great grandchildren, her sisters Colleen, Collette, and Margo, her brothers William, Darren and the late Paul and Michael; her nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. <br> <br>A gentle soul with a heart of gold, Lavern touched the lives of many through her kindness, giving heart, and good-spirited nature. <br> <br> She will always be remembered by us for her incredible strength, courage and faith. <br> <br></div>
