Leonora Cynthia Jackson
May 5, 1937 - September 2, 2021
On September 2nd 2021 Leonora Cynthia Jackson passed away quietly at the age of 84. Cynthia as she was known to most lived a very quiet and honest life. Born in St Vincent she migrated to Canada as a young woman. She maintained her first Job at the Jewish General hospital throughout her working years until retiring after 32 years.
She was a member of St Paul Anglican Church located in her Cote-Des-Neiges neighborhood where she spent time with lifelong friends. Some of her favorite pastimes included knitting and sewing. When the opportunity presented itself Cynthia enjoyed vacationing in her beloved St Vincent as often as possible.
Cynthia leaves behind sisters Emily, Cecilia and Francis, Brothers Ben, Franklyn and Lawrence. Many Nephews, nieces, as well as grand nephews and nieces. She will be missed.
Visitations will be held at St-Paul Anglican Church, 3970 Chem. de la Côte-Sainte-Catherine, Montréal, QC H3T 1E3, Thursday, September 9th, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The service will be held at 11:00am. Burial will take place at Rideau Memorial Gardens at 1:30 p.m.
