Margaret M. Purser (Page)
November 20, 1924 - May 23, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret M. Purser on May 23, 2020 in her 96th year.
Beloved wife of the late Ralph B. Purser (2019). Loving mother of Nancy Purser, James Purser (Carolyn) and Andrew Purser (Wendy Hamel). Cherished grandmother to Sandra Barber (Matthew King), Michael Barber (Heidi Flowers) and Adam Marcinski and great grandmother to Ashley Saul, Mikelle King and baby Jacob Barber.
Recognized as a warm, caring, thoughtful and generous person she enriched the lives of all she touched with her charm. She lived her life with grace and humility always putting others first. At Christmas and Easter family celebrations Margaret often expressed her love by preparing beautiful meals. Her shortbread recipe learned from her mother was a family favourite.
Margaret will be greatly missed by her family and all who came to know her.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when her family and friends can be together.
Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Montreal.
