It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Margaret Perman (née Martin), on October 10, 2026, at the age of 98.
She has gone to join her beloved husband, Neville John Perman, whom she cherished throughout her life.
She leaves to mourn her children, John aka Dev, Nancy (Michel), Kathleen (Dave), and Bruce (Elsa). She also leaves behind her treasured grandchildren, Carolyn (Gaetan), Nirankar (Mauricio), Phillip (Shannon), Emily, Alexandra, Nicolas (Swati) and Jennifer (Tomy), who will forever cherish the wonderful memories they shared with her.
She will also be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who will deeply feel her absence.
Margaret was a kind-hearted woman who deeply loved life, her family, and the precious moments spent with those she held dear. Her generosity, compassion, and quiet strength will leave a lasting mark on the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A private family service in her honor will be held at a later date.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the CHSLD des Berges de Lachine for the care, dedication, and attention provided to her over the past few years.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated in her memory.
She will forever remain in our hearts and memories.
“Those we love never truly leave us; they live on forever in the memories and love they leave
behind.”
