<div itemprop="description">Maria Perna (Née Fragapane) Sept 1, 1952 - Nov 19th, 2025<br><br>It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Maria Perna, 73, on November 19th, 2025, after a short but courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma.<br><br>Maria leaves to mourn her devoted husband of 52 years Saverio Perna in addition to her beloved children Salvatore (Jennifer) and Carolina (Anthony). She was the adoring Nonna of Amelia, Maya and Maceo.<br><br>She will be fondly remembered by her many siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.<br>Maria was predeceased by her granddaughter's Emma and Jianna in addition to her brother Salvatore and parents Vincenza and Giovanni.<br><br>A special thank you to the entire staff of the Hematology-Oncology and Palliative Care Units at the Royal Victoria Hospital for their kindness and compassionate care throughout Maria’s illness.<br><br>In lieu of flowers, donations to Cedars Cancer Foundation would be greatly appreciated.<br><br>Buon riposo cara Mamma.</div>
