<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Maria Kroll (née Hobor) at age 92 on July 7, 2024, at the Lakeshore General Hospital in Pointe Claire. She was born to Regina and Conrad Hobor on March 18, 1932, and also predeceased by her husband of 57 happy years, Benno Kroll, as well as her brother Stephan (Ella) and sister Rosel (Franz). She is survived by her children Thomas (Lynda) and Ralph (Suzy) and her grandchildren Steven (Marie), Stephanie (Mathieu), Daniel, Peter and Isabel as well as many friends. She is also known as Oma to many. <br> <br>Visitation will be 5-9pm Wednesday July 17, at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 boul. Des Sources, Dollard des Ormeaux. <br>Funeral services will be the next day, Thursday July 18, at 11:30am at St. Boniface Parish, 3751 Hôtel de Ville, Montréal. <br>Interment will follow at Rideau Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4239 Sources Blvd, Dollard-Des Ormeaux <br> <br>Donations may be made to the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation (fondationlakeshore.ca).</div>
