It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Mario Fragnito, who passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 24th, 2025, at the age of 90. Mario leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and cherished memories.
A dedicated husband to his wife, Enrica, Mario was a loving father to his children Marco (Cecilia), Roberto, and Riccardo (Linda). He was a proud grandfather to Robert, Tanya, Marco Anthony, Alexandra, Rosalie, Alessandro and Victoria, and a doting great-grandfather to Cristian, Elena, Vanessa, Francesa and Mia. His family was his source of joy, and he held each of them close to his heart.
Born in San Giorgio la Molinari, Benevento, Italy, Mario ventured to Canada at the tender age of 17 in search of a new life. It was in Montreal that he met the love of his life, Enrica, with whom he shared countless beautiful moments. Mario found solace and happiness in nurturing his home, tending to his garden, and lovingly caring for his lawn. Known for his warmth and kindness, he was loved by everyone he met and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
