<div itemprop="description">It is with deep sadness and profound appreciation for his life, that we share the news of the death of my amazing husband, wonderful father and grandfather, in Pointe-Claire on April 3rd, 2023. <br> <br>Oleg is survived by his wife Anita, daughter Katherin, son-in-law Herb and grandsons Adam and Ethan, as well as his brother Alex and sister-in-law Olga. <br> <br>Oleg was born in the former Yugoslavia, came to Canada as a refugee, arriving at Pier 21 in Halifax. His greatest loves were astronomy and travel, and together with his wife Anita, travelled extensively throughout the world. A true gentleman, an intelligent, honest, and good man to the end, Oleg will be sorely missed by many. <br> <br>The family will receive relatives and friends at Rideau Funeral Home (4275 Boul. Des Sources, Dollard des Ormeaux QC H9B 2A6) on Sunday, April 16th, from 2pm to 3pm. A celebration of life will be held at 3pm. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers, a charitable donation to a foundation of the donor’s choice, in memory of Oleg, would be appreciated.</div>
