<div itemprop="description">It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Orest Markus on January 23rd 2021. <br> <br>He joins his father Michael Markus, mother Paraskevia Andrejchiw and sister Vera Markush who preceded him in his passing. He leaves behind his sister Mary Markus, his nephews Darcy Noonan (Petra Alves-Noonan), Perry Silverman and niece Macy Silverman, his great nephew Grayson Markus Noonan and brothers-in-law Michael Noonan and John Silverman. <br> <br>He was a kind and gentle soul whose empathy and love knew no bounds. <br> <br>A celebration of his life will take place in the spring, please send an email with your contact information to: orestmarkusmemorial@gmail.com to receive updates on the date and location. <br> <br>If you feel inclined to do so, gift cards to the homeless in his honour would be something that would have warmed his heart. <br> <br></div>
