<div itemprop="description">It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Paola Sutera Di Pasquale, who died peacefully in the early morning of August 26, 2025, at the age of 92. She was surrounded by the love of her five children as she took her final breath. <br> <br>Born on June 16, 1933, in Villarosa, Sicily, she grew up in a time of hardship but carried with her a spirit of determination and courage that would define her life. In her twenties, she immigrated to Canada with her young family, embracing a new country with remarkable strength and resilience. <br> <br>Through the years, she devoted herself to her home and family. She was a woman of endless energy always ensuring her children and grandchildren felt cared for. Family was always at the center of her world, and she found her greatest pride and joy in watching it grow across generations. <br> <br>She is lovingly remembered by her children Sam, Maggie, Luigi, Lina and Pina; her son-in-law Gaetano; her grandchildren Alex, Amanda, Eleonora, Andrea, Tony and Joe; her granddaughter-in-law Saviny; her grandson-in-law Salvatore and her cherished great-grandchildren Vittoria, Fio, Ella, Julius and Ender. <br> <br>Her unwavering love, selflessness, and traditions will continue to live on in those who were fortunate enough to call her Mamma, Nonnina, or Bisnonna. <br> <br>Her family takes comfort in knowing that her legacy of strength, sacrifice, and unconditional love will endure through every gathering, every meal shared, and every memory passed down. <br> <br>Riposa in pace.
