It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Vogt on the 3rd of February 2025, aged 80 years. Peter died peacefully and surrounded by love.
Peter was a loving long-time partner to Francine and a father, step-father and grandfather to family spread around the world.
Peter will be remembered for his unwavering dedication and commitment to his work. He found his purpose and fulfilment in his profession and took great pride in his skill until his very last day. He will be remembered for his sense of humour and ability to talk and joke with everyone. He was an active member of many groups including the Swiss Matterhorn Club of Montreal and enjoyed spending time with his friends.
As Peter requested not to have a funeral, a private memorial will be held.
Our warmest thanks and appreciation to all the wonderful staff at the Sacre Coeur hospital, who took such wonderful care of Peter over the past few months. Your kindness and professionalism are deeply appreciated.
