<div itemprop="description">SULLIVAN, ROBERT (BOB) <br> <br>Dec 26, 1932 - Dec 29 , 2025 <br> <br>Bob passed away peacefully at home on December 29 at the age of 93. <br> <br>Bob was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years, Marie (Taylor), sons Lloyd (Clare Dillon), Bruce (Lillian Newell) and Deric (Anne Harkin). He will be greatly missed by his eight adored grandchildren: Isabelle, Cole, Thomas, Evelyn, Violet, Liam, Alana, and Enya. <br> <br>Predeceased by his mother Sophia (Flannery), his father Ernie, his sister Joan (Dan Mackay), his brothers: Joseph, Kevin, Desmond (Louise Patry), Hubert (Donna Mahoney) and Matthew. He is survived by his sisters-in-law Jocelyne Lalonde (Kevin) and Rachel Poirier (Matt). <br> <br>Bob was a dedicated and appreciated teacher who taught in Toronto, Yorkton, Brome Lake, Verdun and Ville La Salle. Upon retirement, he worked at the Dow Planetarium as a writer and lecturer, carrying on his passion for astronomy. <br> <br>Bob had a wicked wit and an impish sense of humor which contributed to a happy family life. He was honest, hard-working, dependable, humble and caring. Bob was a truly good person. <br> <br>Visitation on Jan 16th 4-8pm at Rideau Memorial Gardens; 4275 Boulevard des Sources, D.D.O. Funeral mass at 11am on Jan 17th at St Veronica’s parish; 1300 Ave Carson, Dorval, QC. Reception to follow. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sun Youth or Teresa Dellar Palliative Care.</div>
