<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Rocco D'Adamo on March 8, 2026, at the age of 95. <br> <br>Cherished husband of 69 years to Maria Addolorata Testa, beloved father of Francesco (Paola), Ida (Luigi), Maria (Billy) and Giovanni (Pina), adored grandfather to Pamela (Sean), Vanessa (Eric), Michael (Natasha), Samantha, Christina (Antonio), Alessia (Nic), Emily (Marco), Simona (Tomas) and Luca (Jenna). His recent years were always brightened by the smiles of his great grandchildren Adelia, Chiara, Cristiano, Matteo, Mica and Aria. <br> <br>He will be missed by his brother Gioacchino, his sisters-in-law Antonietta and Ida, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Biagio and Dina Testa, as well as many dear nieces, nephews and friends. <br> <br>He has gone to join his departed loved ones, his parents Francesco and Angelica, his brothers Antonio, Giuseppe and Peppino, and sisters-in-law Addolorata and Filomena. <br> <br>A funeral service will be held at Rideau Funeral Home & Cemetery, 4275 Sources Blvd, DDO, Quebec, H9B 2A6 on Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday, March 20, 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, followed by a memorial service at the Rideau Funeral Home chapel. <br> <br>The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Alexia and the staff at the CHSLD LaSalle for their kindness and compassionate care towards our father. <br> <br>He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, humour, and first and foremost, love and unwavering commitment to his family. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Montreal or the Volunteer Association of the CHSLD LaSalle which can be reached at 514-362-8000 ext. 31929.</div>
