<div itemprop="description">It is with deep sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law and nana, Anastasia (Tasia) Tzortzis who passed away on Sunday, January 28th, 2024 surrounded by her family. <br> <br>She was a warm, loving, caring and kind person with a sense of humour and a big heart. She loved the company of people close to her and entertaining family and friends with her fabulous food. Originally from Ellinikon in Athens, Greece, a city that she loved, she came to Montreal with her beloved husband Theodoros (Ted) Tzortzis in 1964 and built a wonderful life. <br> <br>She was the adoring and devoted mother of Mary Tzortzis, precious mother-in-law of Dr. Kosta Christopoulos, cherished Nana of her granddaughter, and pride and joy Danae Anastasia and beloved sister of Aleka. <br> <br>She will be greatly missed and forever remembered by her family & extended family, in-laws and many friends and neighbours. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Anastasia (Tasia) Tzortzis can be made to: <br>The Montreal General Hospital Foundation (Cardiology) <br>mghfoundation.com</div>
