It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Barbara Brammall (nee Nauffts) on February 5, 2025, at the age of 88.

It is with both sadness and a heart filled with love, that we announce the passing of Barbara Brammall (née Nauffts) on February 5, 2025, at the age of 88. Barbara’s spirit, warmth, and laughter will be cherished by her beloved son, Brian (Patricia), daughter Donna (James), grandchildren Cameron (Rachelle), Courtney, and great-granddaughter Savannah.

Barbara was also a loving aunt to her many nephews and nieces, and she leaves behind a host of dear friends and family who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Barbara’s life was filled with joy, adventure, and love. She raised her two children with her first husband, the late Albert Losito, spending many wonderful summers in North Hatley, Quebec, and winters filled with the excitement of figure skating and hockey rinks around Montreal.
After raising her family, Barbara made her home in Fonthill, Ontario, where she was blessed to travel the world with her late husband, Leo Brammall. Her zest for life and exploration never waned. In her free time, Barbara found peace and joy in the company of loved ones, watching figure skating, and losing herself in the pages of the countless books she adored.

Barbara's positivity was a constant source of light to everyone around her, and her delightful stories never failed to bring a smile. Her infectious laughter and unwavering love will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Rest in peace, Mumsie. Your legacy of joy and love will live on in all of us.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence for their compassionate care and support.

In Barbara’s memory, donations can be made to The Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence or, if possible, by donating blood to help others.
