<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Claudette Boileau (Barrett) on June 2nd 2021 at the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence. She found eternal rest with her parents Gerald and Ella (Vivier) Boileau and her cherished husband Frank Barrett and loving son-in-law, Ross Barrett. <br> <br>She leaves behind her step children Brenda (Amandio Contreiras) and Ian, her step daughter-in-law Nancy LaVigne Barrett, her sisters Michele (Daniel Adams), France (Nino De Petrillo) and her brothers Richard and Pierre. She will be greatly missed by her step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, her nieces and nephew, great nieces and nephews as well as her long-time friend Doris Morissette and her beloved Aunt Joy. <br> <br>Claudette enjoyed successful careers with Bell Canada and Bartech, the Barrett family Business started by her husband Frank. She played many golf rounds at the Royal Montreal Golf Club and at her second home in Florida. With a lifelong passion for horses, Claudette and friends regularly attended show jumping events in Florida. She enjoyed a glass of good scotch and white wine with ice! <br> <br>Claudette was the matriarch of the Boileau and Barrett families, always there to love, listen, guide and support. She is irreplaceable in our lives. <br>Claudette’s last wishes is to have everyone unite for a party in her memory. A celebration of life will be held at a later date once the current restrictions are lifted. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence, 265 Andre Brunet, Kirkland Quebec, H9H 3R4 <br></div>
