It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Hans Odoerfer, on November 2nd 2020, at the age of 83.
Beloved husband of the late Gertraud Odoerfer.
Loving father of Patricia Odoerfer, Evelyn Odoerfer and Ralph Odoerfer (Nancy Richardson).

He will also be greatly missed by his grandchildren Stephan (Megan), Samantha, Thomas, Alexander and and Great Grandchildren Calvin, Simon, Madelain and Breanne.

Hans was most known as an accomplished and successful entrepreneur with a sense of loyalty and integrity. Hans immigrated from Germany to Canada at the age of just 21. He started out as a cabinet maker with just pennies in his pocket and went on to work hard to make a living for himself and his family. Those who knew him well knew that he was not only an entrepreneur, but a human being with a heart who had a soft spot for anyone starting out in life or going through hard times as he understood well the challenges that faced them. He was a very generous man who helped many people and wanting nothing in return. The last 13 years of his life were plagued by some serious health issues but the last 5 were unforgiving.
May he be remembered for the qualities he possessed.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice can be made.

Due to the Covid situation we decided not to have a visitation out of respect for the everyone’s health, a private ceremony will be held with family.
