<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hazrath Mohammed, who died peacefully at the Jewish General Hospital on August 12, 2026 at the age of 69 years. <br> <br>Hazrath will be lovingly remembered by his brothers Ashraf and Azim (Danielle), and by his nieces and nephews, Lisa (Patrice), Karyn (Philippe), Robert and Cheryl. He also leaves behind great-nieces and great-nephews (Sabato, Triana, Bianca, Alex and Kaylie) as well as friends and family in Trinidad & Tobago. <br> <br>Hazrath’s life was marked by creativity, curiosity, and a distinctive way of seeing the world. Music and painting were his passions, and he was a social soul who loved conversation — especially when sharing the vivid dreams and imaginative ideas that filled his inner world. Hazrath often reflected on the mysteries of life and the afterlife with a philosophical perspective that made him truly one-of-a-kind. <br> <br>Though his mobility became limited in recent years, Hazrath’s spirit remained active. He continued to find joy in getting out around town and engaging with others. His unique perspective, and unmistakable personality made him a memorable presence to those who spent time with him. <br> <br>A private burial and family gathering will be held to honour Hazrath’s life.</div>
