<div itemprop="description">Manton Gerald Montgomery Gayle , 73, passed away on March 19th after a 14 month battle of liver cancer. Manton was born to parents Vyne Gayle and Keturah Gayle in James Hill, Clarendon, Jamaica. A hard worker and ready to venture out, Manton came to Montreal in June 1976 and found a stable job at Accent Home and worked there for over 40 years. Manton played cricket, gardened and golfed, he even DJed as a pastime, calling himself Sir James. Manton had a real love for music. His taste in music ranged from reggae to blues to jazz, to soft rock and many more genres. He loved artists like Bob Marley, Prince, Byran Adams, Tom Cochrane, Greggory Issacs, Luciano and even Kenny Rogers. <br> <br>Manton is survived by his children Everett, Désirée and Alexandria. Survived by his step children Tenneille, Tenesha and Gavin. Survived by his grandchildren, Odean, Omar, Gabriel,Cadedra,Owen,Tianna,Alex,Medina,Malik and Aria. He is survived by his great grandchildren Jemiyah, Kadean, Odean jr. and Neveyah. He was predeceased by his brothers Harry, Claire and Jimmy.He is survived by his sisters and brothers , Valerie, Jean, Abdul, Lennox and Darcy. He leaves behind a great number of family and close friends. A great man filled with so much to offer, Manton Gayle found love again in 2013, and married Daunett Allen and they were inseparable until the day he died . <br> <br>Manton you may be gone from our sight but you are never gone from our hearts <br> <br></div>
