<div itemprop="description">With his wife by his side Nestor Minerva at age 87 passed away peacefully on February 12, 2025.<br><br>Nestor was born in Antigue, Philippines. Predeceased by his parents and his brother. He will be sorely missed by family and as well as his nephews and nieces. <br><br>Came to Canada and settled in Montreal where he met and married his loving wife on September 6, 1969.<br>He worked at Lachine Hospital for several years.He was friendly, loving, and thoughtful. He loved and enjoyed ballroom dancing. He loved gardening and tending to his flowering plants.<br><br>Special thanks to family and friends for all their care and support in this difficult time of grief.<br><br>The family will receive condolences at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, on Tuesday February 25th 2025 from 10:30 to 1:00 PM, followed by a Memorial service at 1:00 PM followed by interment at 2:30 PM.<br><br>In lieu of flowers a donation can be to charity of choice.</div>
