<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shani Taylor, who left us far too soon at the age of 50. She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Samara, her loving mother Bernice, her brother, Joshua as well as her nieces and nephews, her aunts and uncles, her cousins, and many other relatives and friends whose lives she touched. <br> <br>She was an artist and a free spirit she loved to write and draw and inspire people to be the best version of themselves. She loved to travel and meet new people, and to embrace the world with an open and generous heart. She also found great joy in life’s simple moments. She will always be remembered as a woman of deep kindness, with a warm spirit and a contagious smile that brightened the days of everyone around her. <br> <br>The family will receive condolences on Saturday, February 28, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Rideau Funeral Home (4275, boul. Des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeau, Qc H9B 2A6). A ceremony will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the same location. She will be laid to rest at Rideau Memorial Gardens (4239, boul.
