It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Teresa Pulice Coverini, who left us peacefully on August 10th, 2024 at the age of 73.
Teresa was born on January 4th, 1951 to Antonio and Luisa Pulice in Carolei, Italy. She immigrated to Montréal, Canada at the age of two where she spent the majority of her life. She was the devoted wife of 50 years to her best friend, Frank Coverini, a man she lovingly teased about his wild hair and interesting fashion sense, but whom she adored deeply.
Terri was proud of her three children (Cathy, Emilio, Sandra), their spouses, her six grandchildren and her great-grandson. Her family was her world, and she expressed her love through her extraordinary talent in the kitchen. Cooking was her love language, and she delighted in bringing people together with her delicious meals.
Known for her sassy wit, kind heart, and infectious sense of humor, Terri was a source of strength and support to all who knew her. She had a unique ability to lift spirits and make everyone around her feel special. Her laughter, quick comebacks, and warm embraces will be dearly missed.
Outside of her family, Terri had a deep love for her dog, Marci, who was truly her most loyal companion. She expressed her passion for the arts through various creative avenues, including painting, sculpting, ceramics and singing. Her artistic talents were a reflection of her lively spirit and love for beauty in all its forms. She enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, like staying connected with friends and family on Facebook, dancing to her favorite tunes, and showing off her green thumb.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that she lived a full and vibrant life, surrounded by the love of her family and friends. Her legacy of kindness, laughter, and delicious food will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
The family will receive condolences at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, on Friday August 16th from 5pm to 9pm and Satuday August 17th 2024 as of 9 am, followed by a celebration of her life at 10am where we will come together to honor the remarkable woman she was.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation to the Kidney Foundation in her memory.

Rest in peace our angel. Your love, strength, and laughter will forever be with us.
